CPM (“Connected Property Management”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI front-desk service for UK letting and estate agents. What we collect & why
- Enquiry details you send usName, agency name, email and any message via our contact form — used only to respond to your enquiry and discuss our service. Lawful basis: legitimate interests / steps to enter a contract.
- Usage & analytics dataIf you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics/Tag Manager and Google Ads to understand traffic and measure advertising. Lawful basis: consent.
- Service data (for clients)For agencies who use CPM, we process the enquiries and data needed to draft replies, under a separate data-processing agreement where we act as your processor.

Who we share data with
We use trusted providers acting on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting), Google (analytics/ads), and Anthropic (the AI model that drafts replies). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our relationship, then deleted. Analytics data follows the providers’ standard retention.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time — email info@cpmuk.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
