Does the AI send emails to my clients automatically?
No. Every reply is drafted and left in your inbox for a person to approve and send. Auto-send is only ever enabled later, category by category, after it’s proven accurate — and only with your sign-off.
Do I need to change my software or CRM?
No. CPM works with the Gmail or Outlook inbox you already use and the availability you already keep — a spreadsheet is fine. There’s nothing new for you or your clients to log into.
How can it answer accurately without making things up?
